Long-standing experience as an occupational therapist in a management position
The initial impulse to explore sex and couples therapy came from my years of work as an occupational therapist, during which I saw just how central relationships and sexuality are to the mental wellbeing of many people.
In 2019, I launched a queer podcast. The conversations with guests and experts from the LGBTQIA* & S+ community gave me valuable insights, particularly into the various forms of relationships and the often challenging way in which sexuality is dealt with – something that is still frequently stigmatised even within the community itself.
Relationship patterns tend to repeat themselves, and it often remains unclear how to deal with them constructively.
At the same time, I often noticed that certain patterns and entanglements in relationships are a significant issue, even without initially knowing how to deal with them in a meaningful and healing way.
My desire for in-depth further training that covered relationship work, psychology, bodywork and sexuality grew ever stronger. In 2020, I thus began my first training course as a sex and couples therapist in Berlin. This intensive period provided me with comprehensive specialist knowledge, valuable personal insights and a wealth of practical applications.

During my work, I developed a growing interest in systemic sex therapy. I completed this specialised training course under the supervision of Ulrich Clement at ISI Berlin. The course is recognised and accredited by the German Society for Sex Research (DGfS).
As part of my work, I write for the queer health magazine Check Mag, run workshops on sexual topics for various queer organisations, and collaborate with platforms such as GetCheex and JoyClub through educational programmes.
I look forward to offering you counselling and therapeutic support with your questions about relationships, love and sexuality. With a special focus on the LGBTQIA* community. Moving away from the so-called “norm”, free from the stigma, prejudice and ignorance often held by people who have no connection to the LGBTQIA* community
Although everyone has their own unique experiences, my own experiences consistently help me to support my clients with empathy and honesty.
